Ingredients of Homemade Energy Bars:

  • 200 grams chopped walnuts
  • 100 grams dry cranberries
  • 1/4 cup Agave nectar
  • vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp milled flaxseed

Method for "Homemade Energy Bars":

  1. Mix well all ingridients together then place in a pan and press well with hand or spoon
  2. Cover with cling film and put in fridge for 2 hours
  3. Cut into bars and serve
