Ingredients of Sausage and Cabbage:

  • 1 package cheddar smoked sausage
  • 1 small white onion chopped
  • 1 head cabbage chopped
  • 6 slices bacon
  • to taste Salt, pepper, and seasoning salt

Method for "Sausage and Cabbage":

  1. In a large deep pan, fry your bacon.
  2. Take out bacon, add cabbage, cook over medium heat for 5 min. Add onion, salt, pepper, and seasoning salt.. Cook for another 5 min. Slice the sausage into smsllish pieces and add to the pan. Crumble bacon on top and cook untill sausage is done, stirring occasionally.
  3. Serve hot.
