Ingredients of Triple C Mac:

  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 lb Cork Screw (Cellentani) Noodles
  • 2 tbs butter
  • 2 tbs flour
  • 1/4 Cup Frank's Hot
  • to taste Red Pepper Flakes
  • to taste Paprika
  • to taste Cumin
  • to taste Chili Powder
  • to taste Salt & Pepper
  • 1-2 cups Colby Jack Shredded Cheese

Method for "Triple C Mac":

  1. Boil water for noodles. Add noodles when boiling
  2. In a separate, smaller pan, put butter and flower in on low heat. Mix and melt butter
  3. Add milk, paprika, cumin, chili powder, crushed peppers, salt, pepper, and franks hot sauce. Mix well
  4. Adjust heat from low to medium as needed and stir sauce frequently to thicken
  5. Once sauce has reached desired thickness (or once noodles are done) melt shredded cheese into sauce
  6. Mix drained noodles with cheese sauce and enjoy
